Telephone Answering Service

If necessary clients can request our telephone answering service which is based in one of our offices in Britain, USA, Cyprus or other location. All calls are registered in a special book. The following options are available:

  • phone messages for the client are taken and held until the client calls in and instructs us how to proceed
  • Company Express Group personnel will contact the client at a fixed time of the day and pass on to him all messages received

Separate telephone/fax numbers are installed for the client's exclusive use. A personal secretary will answer with your company name every time and answer according to instructions given by the client.
